The Times: Alfie Dingley’s mother urges government to allow other children medical cannabis

Today, The Times covers Hannah Deacon's open letter to Government.

The mother of the first epileptic child to be legally given medical cannabis has urged the government to “unlock the stasis” that has meant no other child has been given an NHS prescription since the drugs became legal.
Hannah Deacon, whose child, Alfie Dingley, 8, has severe epilepsy, has written to every member of the cabinet to say the optimism that families with epileptic children felt when the government changed the law has now turned to “abject despondency”.
